THIRAS's Residency hosts artists, psychoanalysts, writers, and theorists. Residents are provided with accommodation within the THIRAS building for a period of six to eight weeks. Prioritising time, dialogue, and research over strictly production‑oriented outcomes, the programme encourages residents to engage with Athens and its networks, while also leaving open the possibility of their contributing to THIRAS's ongoing public or research activities. Residents are selected through an open call or by curatorial invitation.
