THIRAS was founded in 2026 as an independent space for experimentation and research. It develops through exhibitions, residencies, and public programmes that explore the relations between art, psychoanalysis, and theory. Situated within a preserved interwar building in Athens, it carries successive layers of use that remain visibly inscribed across its architecture.
